Cornermark Service - Phases 1-6

1) Client chooses Cornermark for print design, product packaging, signage, logo and website design based on referrals, testimonials and advertisements. Loyalty to our client begins.

2) Client reads company policies and receives an initial project evaluation. We prefer to work with clients early in the project. This allows us to understand client goals and their business strategy. During phase two, we listen and assess your needs. Cornermark together with client outlines efficient project budget and options for an initial estimate. Down payment is received and timeline begins.

3) We recommend ideas and share initial concepts in the third phase. We narrow down project direction and project options based on clients needs and client approval. There are no surprises because Cornermark maintains personal communication.

4) Next, we study required written material. We can import your text from disk or e-mail and scan or reenter the text from written or typed documents. Content development provides initial drafts while approved graphics and photos suggest a color scheme. Additional artwork is created and rendered as needed.

5) The next phase is project development. We merge the prepared graphics with enhanced marketing copy and insert them into the document, banner, sign or website. Daily or weekly, communication is essential to receive direction from the client and staff. We continue to make recommendations. Layout is submitted for review and initial approval. Open discussion and communication will enable the final phase to meet agreed schedule.

6) In the sixth phase we will provide a final full color proof via email, postal services or fax for sign-off. Client satisfaction is important throughout all phases, but it is our focus during phase six. A one time correction can be made at no charge! Future adjustments will be changed at normal rate beyond this point.

Support - Future Client Service ( TCO )
Extended Phase

Cornermark offers clients a full range of support. We can respond to needs day to day or on a monthly basis. Our service extends to clients long term or short term. Cornermark is flexible. Providing future client service so you'll be 'taken care of' is one more advantage with team players like Cornermark. We will also train your staff to keep the cost of maintaining a web site low and keep changes to printed documents minimal.

Back Up Files
An Important Step
We strongly recommended archiving project files. Using your hard disk, CD and other portable media storage please back-up project files to guarantee the safety of documents for future reference, to make changes and update information as necessary to the original design. Cornermark stores all files for at least 30 days from the completion date without an additional charge.
